This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and ensure the integrity of ABA programs, both virtually and in-person.
• Provide support and coaching to Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.
• Prepare and assess treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation.
• Guarantee compliance with clinical guidelines and payer requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and lead clinical development programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations teams on various initiatives, quality assurance, compliance, and more.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Valid BCBA credential.
• At least two years of professional experience in ABA.
• Excellent communication and clinical leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within designated service areas.
