📋 Description

• Oversee and execute the initiation, allocation, and conclusion of support tickets based on their priority and criticality levels.

• Evaluate the performance of devices and their interconnections that make up LAN, WLAN, and WAN systems, while documenting and implementing operational procedures and reports.
