Técnico/a de Seguridad, PAM – CyberArk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Basic administration of the CyberArk PAM platform.

• Management of the onboarding, offboarding, and modification of privileged accounts.

• Creation and maintenance of Safes.

• Review of accounts, permissions, and access rights.

• Provide support for issues related to connection, rotation, and access to privileged credentials.

• Follow-up on corrective tasks and service requests.

• Review of rotation errors, verification, and reconciliation of credentials.

• Technical documentation of actions taken.

• Escalation of complex incidents to higher-level profiles.

• Collaboration with cybersecurity and operations teams to enhance service quality.

• Participation in the daily operations of the PAM environment and support for internal users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training in systems, networks, or cybersecurity.

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.

• General understanding of Active Directory.

• Interest in PAM solutions and privileged access management.

• Strong analytical skills, organization, and service orientation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Experience in technical support or administration of security platforms.

• Ability to create technical documentation and operational follow-up.

• Preferred: Previous experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.

• Knowledge of CyberArk components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and Safes.

• Experience in managed cybersecurity services.

• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation.

• Certifications or official training in CyberArk.

• Experience in managing identities and privileged access.

• Knowledge of operational security processes.
