Technology Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and consistently enhance foundational 101 and advanced 201 training curricula that encompass Claude, the Anthropic API and developer platform, best practices in prompting, and integration methodologies.

• Create slide presentations, practical labs, quick-reference materials, certification evaluations, and recorded content.

• Organize content using instructional design strategies to enhance retention and facilitate behavior change.

• Update curricula to reflect new releases of Claude models and platform enhancements from Anthropic.

• Conduct live virtual and face-to-face training sessions for internal delivery teams, partners, and clients.

• Customize enablement materials for non-technical business users, developers, and solutions architects.

• Demonstrate Claude's features, including the API, prompting strategies, and integration techniques, while addressing technical inquiries.

• Offer office hours and follow-up technical assistance.

• Oversee and advance NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification initiative.

• Create applied competency assessments.

• Monitor certification status, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics; communicate program health to practice leadership.

• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to pinpoint enablement gaps and prioritize training initiatives.

• Collect learner feedback and refine content quality, pacing, and format accordingly.

• Travel as necessary for in-person training at client locations, offsites, and events, estimated at up to 30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• A solid technical background, with proficiency in APIs and integrations.

• Practical experience with Claude or similar LLM platforms, sufficient to teach and troubleshoot confidently.

• Experience in designing and delivering tiered 101 and 201 training curricula for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation abilities in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Strong instructional design skills with a focus on retention.

• Anthropic Certified Trainer credential, or a commitment to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.

• Clear and structured written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration.

• Preferred: experience in training on AI/ML products, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools.

• Preferred: familiarity with ADDIE or adult-learning methodologies.

• Preferred: experience in building or managing certification or LMS-based programs.

• Preferred: a background in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture.

• Preferred: knowledge of ServiceNow AI Agents or similar workflow automation platforms.
