📋 Description

• Create comprehensive technical sales documentation and materials.

• Provide technology solutions by assisting sales representatives during client interactions.

• Resolve complex customer inquiries with precise solutions.

• Manage and enhance technical information databases.

• Offer contributions during product training sessions to address knowledge gaps.

• Work with technical teams to diagnose and resolve product issues.

• Conduct detailed demonstrations of product functionality.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities associated with technical sales.

• Aid in the refinement of technical sales content and presentations.

• Support technical training for new team members.

• Previous industry experience in the CPM / EPM domain.

• Experience in consulting, implementation, or presales roles.

• Broader knowledge of the organization’s products and services.

• Proficient in producing detailed technical documentation.

• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills.

• Enhanced collaboration skills within teams and across departments.

• Skilled in managing and organizing data effectively.

• Familiarity with technical software tools (e.g., CRM systems).
