Technology Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the squad in activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint delivery.

• Implement high-quality frontend features for Advanced Analytics and PULSE web applications, as well as mobile solutions utilizing React Native.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, optimize performance, and uphold best practices through thorough code reviews.

• Utilize Agentic AI tools (including code assistants, automated testing, and code generation tools) to enhance development speed and boost productivity.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration and delivery.

• Contribute to the architecture of frontend and mobile solutions while maintaining reusable and scalable components.

• Foster continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and code quality by leveraging automation and AI-assisted workflows.

• Assist in monitoring and performance tracking of frontend applications using tools like AppDynamics.
