This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct integration configuration, which includes mapping, loading, transforming, testing, and validating data necessary to support our clients' distinct system environments on projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Engage in the creation of tailored technology solutions aimed at resolving specific business challenges or seizing opportunities, taking into account the client's technological ecosystem and the selected integration strategy (Kinaxis-led versus customer-led).
• Aid in the execution and rollout of technology solutions, encompassing project management, system integration, configuration, testing, and training.
• Exhibit expertise and knowledge in the Kinaxis Integration Platform Suite, RR data model, and REST-based API integration capabilities, assisting clients in identifying and applying the most suitable solutions for their unique data flows.
• Collaborate with Kinaxis Support and/or Cloud Services teams to address client inquiries related to security risks or incidents.
• Take part in in-depth customer business requirements discovery sessions and create specifications for integration requirements.
• Support deployment workshops to enable clients to realize immediate value from their investments.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and internal subject matter experts, such as the Technology Architect, throughout the project lifecycle.
• A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of pertinent experience in business software consulting, preferably within supply chain management or data integration across enterprise-level systems.
• A strong enthusiasm for engaging in customer-facing roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of the software deployment life cycle, including business requirements definition, functional specifications review, test plan development, testing, user training, and deployment.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capability to work remotely and plan for up to 70% travel.
• Technical competencies in languages such as SQL, R, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Documented experience with manufacturing planning solutions like Kinaxis, SAP, Blue Yonder, etc., with a strong preference for Kinaxis experience.
• Proven expertise with ETL tools such as Talend, OWB, SSIS, SAP Data Services, etc.
• Experience in extracting data from enterprise-class ERP systems, including SAP/APO, Oracle, and JDE, at the database level.
• Familiarity with connection functionalities to SAP (via BAPI/RFC), databases, files, web services, and SOAP.
• Experience working with relational databases and JavaScript.
