• Create and curate documentation for our products.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product usability and ensure that usability remains central to the design process.

• Choose the most suitable medium for delivering messages to the target audience.

• Standardize content across various platforms and media formats.

• Utilize user feedback to refine and enhance the documentation.

• Compose and evaluate technical articles, blog entries, and presentations.
