Technical Training Professional – Tekla Structures

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create and facilitate high-impact training sessions in various formats including Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), in-person, and self-paced eLearning.

• Collaborate with instructional designers to lead the development of innovative curriculum utilizing AI and Articulate 360.

• Act as a strategic technical consultant, resolving complex interoperability workflows and addressing advanced technical issues for clients worldwide.

• Propel product development by identifying software improvements and working closely with product teams through Jira.

• Conduct tailored workshops that align specific customer business objectives with actionable software proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Tekla Structures for BIM modeling in concrete or steel fabrication.

• Experience overseeing fabrication workflows using Trimble Connect and Tekla PowerFab.

• Proficiency in coordinating models with 2D/3D DWG, IFC, Point Clouds, Revit, or NavisWorks.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering technical presentations or training to a variety of professional audiences.

• Strong decision-making abilities with a track record of addressing sensitive, high-level technical customer issues.
