Technical Training Instructor, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions utilizing Adobe's Workfront, AEM, and AEP course offerings.

• Facilitate live classroom training both virtually and at Adobe or customer locations.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Workfront, AEM, and their integrations.

• Demonstrate expertise and practical experience in analytics and personalization.

• Comprehend the curriculum, tailor it for private training sessions, and collaborate with the global Curriculum team for enhancements.

• Solicit customer feedback regarding your classes and share valuable insights.

• Create sales opportunities and drive growth by suggesting suitable learning paths.

• Achieve or surpass utilization targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Workfront or comparable enterprise work management/project management platforms AND/OR Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) workflow automation.

• Relevant industry certifications pertaining to Workfront or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.

• Proficient in engaging an audience and conveying complex concepts and technical details in a straightforward, accessible manner.

• Capability to manage a diverse group of customers, partners, or employees during training sessions, including an international audience.
