Technical Support Specialist – Nightshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee seamless 24/7 operations within the scope of technical 3rd level support.

• Engage in customer support and communication with clients in both English and German through the ticketing system.

• Monitor and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure of customers.

• Deliver technical solutions for client issues, including compromised servers, managed server tasks, website and server migrations, or error analysis of websites.

• Collect documentation, construct or provision servers, and proactively monitor internal infrastructure.

• Handle the night shift and assist customers from various time zones directly.

• Collaborate with colleagues from the 3rd level to provide support to customers.

• Install, configure, and manage servers, networks, and applications to benefit clients.

• Familiarize yourself with emerging technologies and support professional growth through extensive training.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a technically oriented vocational training in the IT field or relevant professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of Linux administration (Shell/Terminal).

• Service-oriented, independent, and responsible approach to technical customer support, hardware management, and Windows server administration.

• Proficiency in English (mandatory, as it is our company language).

• Basic knowledge of Bash scripting and foundational programming skills (desirable).

• Experience with databases (SQL).

• Solid command of the German language.
