• Act as a reliable resource by managing incoming technical support inquiries from Abaxis Human Medical clients.
• Provide clear and effective troubleshooting for Piccolo instruments and rotor-related challenges.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and case specifics in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Assist with customer correlations, protocols, and validation inquiries.
• Support customer evaluations and data analysis, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
• Offer guidance on regulatory requirements and relevant governing standards.
• Aid in the support and documentation of new Piccolo instrument installations.
• Identify, document, and report performance issues to the Quality team.
• Proactively inform customers about software updates and field actions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and take on additional duties as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or clinical laboratory technology is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with medical laboratory products and instrumentation is preferred.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
