This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver Tier I/II technical assistance to Watchtower clients and end users.
• Resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device challenges across various environments.
• Provide support for Android, iOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Identify and rectify Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment, configuration, compliance, and connectivity issues.
• Examine system logs to determine the root causes of technical issues.
• Refer complex problems to engineering teams while ensuring customer communication and ownership.
• Oversee support ticket queues and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Air Force base staff and government partners to comprehend site-specific operational needs.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Network Engineering, Systems Administration, Technical Support, Tactical Communications, Deployment Operations, or similar technical areas.
• A minimum of 3 years providing support in Department of Defense, Federal Government, or military communications settings.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification or an equivalent certification that meets DoD 8570/8140 workforce standards.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (mandatory).
