Technical Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote technical assistance for IDEXX VetLab analysers and diagnostic devices.

• Diagnose hardware and software issues, along with calibration and performance matters.

• Address customer inquiries with clarity and empathy.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide timely solutions.

• Engage in a rotating schedule that includes occasional Saturdays and after-hours support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in technical support, biomedical equipment, or diagnostic instrumentation.

• Proficient troubleshooting abilities.

• Capability to learn and clearly articulate technical concepts.

• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.

• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication abilities.

• Familiarity with veterinary or medical equipment is advantageous—but training will be provided!
