This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of 2nd-level support cases related to API implementations and widget integrations.
• Serve as the technical authority during critical sales meetings to alleviate "technical doubt" for enterprise clients.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-powered support infrastructure and documentation.
• Detect patterns in technical challenges and advocate for necessary product improvements directly with the Engineering team.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong skills in JavaScript along with a comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in using Browser DevTools and diagnosing script execution issues.
• A passion for assisting others in problem-solving.
