Technical Support Engineer – PST Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Technical Troubleshooting: Address and resolve intricate technical inquiries, software bugs, and system requests related to our products and services promptly and professionally.

• Problem Resolution: Recognize, diagnose, and deliver effective architectural solutions for technical challenges involving cloud infrastructure and web applications.

• Documentation Architecture: Keep precise, comprehensive, and current records of all customer interactions, technical issues, and successful resolutions within our support tracking system.

• Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance your understanding of our evolving product suite and services to offer superior, high-tier technical guidance.

• Feedback Loop: Provide continuous, data-driven insights to our internal engineering team to assist in improving and developing our products based on actual customer needs and challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field, preferably from a reputable Private University (Universitas Swasta).

• Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in IT support, technical customer success, or cloud technical customer support roles.

• Technical Foundation: Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks.

• Language Proficiency (Mandarin & English):

• Excellent professional English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for international client interactions.

• Professional or conversational proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively support and communicate with our regional Chinese-speaking stakeholders and users.

• Analytical Thinking: Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm, clear, and efficient under pressure.

• Shift Flexibility: Complete willingness and ability to work full-time according to the Pacific Standard Time (PST) / Los Angeles time zone (GMT-8).

• Preferred Skill: A strong background or proficiency in programming (coding) is highly desirable to assist with advanced technical debugging.
