This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Deliver exceptional support experiences to our enterprise clientele.
• Aid customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Forcepoint and its associated third-party products.
• Serve as a technical advisor within the team.
• Engage in product supportability initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of six years of experience providing support to business-to-business customers.
• Practical knowledge of Networking fundamentals, HTTP protocol, Application Support Basics, SSL/TLS protocols, SMTP, Packet Capture/Analysis using tcpdump and Wireshark, diagnosing network latency, Active Directory, MSSQL fundamentals, and Information Security Concepts.
• Experience with supporting Red Hat Linux fundamentals and Windows systems.
