This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Quickly and effectively address customer inquiries, offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance through multiple channels (email, phone).
• Develop and analyze SQL queries to diagnose and rectify customer issues associated with data reconciliation.
• Work closely with our development team to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Record customer interactions and help enhance our knowledge base for ongoing improvement.
• Keep informed about our software updates and new features to provide optimal support to our clients.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Python and AWS services is a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical support role, ideally within a software or SaaS environment.
• A proactive mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience using Zendesk.
