• Provide problem-solving and fault-finding assistance via phone and email for installers and customers.
• Create cases in the CRM system to monitor and address customer inquiries.
• Respond to technical inquiries regarding products.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and repair center teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
• Develop, update, and manage technical documentation related to the commissioning of our products.
• Support the enhancement of the technical support processes within the business.
• Assist in Sales Exhibitions and Trade Fairs.
• Coordinate with International Technical Support.
• A relevant qualification in electronic engineering or a comparable field in renewable energy.
• Experience in the Solar and power generation industry is a plus.
• A strong technical understanding of inverter and battery products.
• A solutions-oriented mindset.
• A willingness to provide customer support as needed.
• A robust work ethic.
• Prior experience in a position that involved inter-departmental communication and coordination is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Estonian is essential.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
