This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Engaging with clients utilizing Access Server & CloudConnexa, our innovative corporate VPN solutions trusted by thousands of businesses globally.
• Investigating client concerns submitted through our ticketing system.
• Ensuring complete client satisfaction through prompt responses.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve or escalate more complex issues.
• Intermediate to senior level Sysadmin/Support skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in networking and Linux troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Layer 3, etc.).
• Proficient in the use of Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Familiarity with SSH, x.509 PKI, HTTPS, and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of authentication and MFA/2FA systems such as RADIUS, LDAP, AD, PAM, GAuth, Duo, YubiKey, and RSA.
• Interest and understanding of Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, Debian, etc.), as well as modern Windows and macOS/OSX environments.
• Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
• Basic SQL knowledge, with experience in MySQL/SQLite.
