β€’ Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer support inquiries

β€’ Resolve technical issues efficiently

β€’ Work in conjunction with Sales, Solution Consultants, Engineering, and Product Management

β€’ Keep clients informed about the progress of their open requests


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of prior experience in technical customer support

β€’ Strong customer service background and exceptional communication skills

β€’ Keen attention to detail

β€’ Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical concepts

β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a DevOps pipeline
