This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer support inquiries
β’ Resolve technical issues efficiently
β’ Work in conjunction with Sales, Solution Consultants, Engineering, and Product Management
β’ Keep clients informed about the progress of their open requests
β’ 2-3 years of prior experience in technical customer support
β’ Strong customer service background and exceptional communication skills
β’ Keen attention to detail
β’ Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical concepts
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a DevOps pipeline
β’ Participation in on-call/weekend rotations
β’ Occasional early morning or evening meetings to collaborate with international teams
