This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide exceptional technical support through chats, emails, and phone interactions
• Diagnose intricate technical problems and escalate when necessary
• Serve as the main technical liaison throughout the lifecycle of live events
• Clearly escalate incidents, detailing impact, timeline, and steps to reproduce
• Utilize SQL, Grafana, OpenSearch, and additional tools to examine logs, APIs, and errors
• Work collaboratively with R&D, Product, Professional Services, and Account Management teams to improve the customer experience
• Facilitate seamless integration, onboarding, and troubleshooting for customer events while closely collaborating with internal teams
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written)
• A minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Support position
• Background as a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (would be a significant advantage)
• Competency in reading and writing scripts in Python, Bash, or JavaScript (would be a significant advantage)
