This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Assume complete responsibility for issues reported by customers and ensure prompt resolution;
• Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find effective solutions for both hardware and software challenges;
• Deliver timely, reliable, and precise information to customers while adjusting communication style to suit their technical understanding;
• Adhere to standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
• Ensure resolution of contacts within established timelines while upholding high-quality standards in every interaction to support customer retention efforts;
• Refer service-related concerns to the appropriate department following company protocols;
• Maintain strict adherence to customer Data Privacy and Security policies;
• Engage and collaborate positively with team members, customers, and business partners.
• High school diploma;
• Demonstrated experience in a BPO and/or Customer Service setting;
• Exceptional proficiency in both German and English;
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products;
• Interest in electronics and technology.
