Technical Success Manager, Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge of Forma's functionalities, limitations, and integration possibilities with systems.

• Lead technical engagements with clients, analyzing existing business workflows to design solutions that enhance project and implementation processes.

• Build and optimize Forma workflows including document management, RFI (Request for Information), submittals, on-site business processes, and model coordination.

• Design dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that allow clients to visualize usage, project performance, and business outcomes.

• Assist in integrating Forma with ERP systems, BI tools, and other construction technologies by leveraging available APIs and data connectors.

• Conduct technical health checks, workshops, and training sessions to promote the ongoing and scalable use of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in the AEC industry or the technology sector serving AEC.

• Experience in supporting the implementation or operational support of construction technology solutions for project teams or across the organization.

• Deep understanding of construction business workflows and project execution processes.

• Knowledge of technology implementations in SaaS platforms and enterprise environments.

• Experience in creating dashboards, reporting, and analytics utilizing construction project data.

• Participation in digital transformation or business transformation projects within construction-related organizations.

• Ability to travel as needed for client interactions and internal collaboration.
