Technical Staff Member – Microsoft Office Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance our Microsoft Word Add-in.

• Focus on latency, reliability, and the micro-interactions that transform a "useful tool" into an "essential resource."

• Design the connection between our AI backend and the Word document model, managing everything from tracked changes to comment threads.

• Deliver features such as playbook-driven reviews, clause libraries, and contextual drafting that surpass the competition.

• Work alongside our AI team to seamlessly integrate model outputs into the legal workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building production software, preferably with an emphasis on rich client applications or editor experiences.

• Proficient in TypeScript and React.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Add-ins, VS Code extensions, or similar embedded application development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of real-time collaboration patterns and document manipulation.

• Proven history of delivering polished, user-centric features that are well-received by users.
