
Technical Sourcer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role specifications, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche communities, as well as Boolean and X-ray searches.
• Create qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for positions including software engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and platform roles.
• Compose personalized outreach messages that elicit responses and align with our employer branding.
• Perform initial screenings to evaluate technical suitability, motivation, and logistical considerations before transferring candidates to recruiters.
• Monitor pipeline activity and maintain the ATS in an organized and up-to-date manner.
• Analyze sourcing metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline health, making tactical adjustments based on the data gathered.
• Provide insights on market trends regarding talent availability, compensation, and competitor movements.
• A minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a significant focus on technical positions.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates, including those with hard-to-find or senior profiles.
• Ability to comprehend technical role requirements sufficiently to qualify candidates independently.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a proven history of achieving high outreach response rates.
• Familiarity with Ashby.
• A self-motivated and organized approach to work suitable for a contractual role.
• Nice to have:
