This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to clients, identifying business challenges and crafting solutions that yield measurable ROI through integration and data strategy.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to pinpoint integration needs, data sources, migration scope, volume expectations, and associated risks.
• Convert client requirements into formal solution designs, which include integration architecture diagrams, data mapping documents, field transformation specifications, and migration runbooks.
• Manage the complete delivery of intricate integrations utilizing iPaaS platforms, ensuring Wrike integrates smoothly into the wider customer technology ecosystem.
• Create and configure automated workflows, triggers, and data synchronization patterns, incorporating robust handling for retries, errors, deduplication, and rate limits.
• Design and execute API-based integrations using REST/SOAP protocols, OAuth2 authentication, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Keep accurate and thorough technical documentation, including flow diagrams, activity diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Lead large-scale data migration projects from source analysis to cutover, covering ETL design, field mapping, transformation logic, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and implement migration test plans to guarantee data integrity, record accuracy, and lossless delivery.
• Create and maintain cutover and rollback plans, proactively addressing migration risks across extensive datasets.
• Work with structured data formats such as SQL, CSV, and JSON, and apply scripting for transformation and automation tasks.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and produce user guides, admin runbooks, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively diagnose, test, and enhance integration and migration solutions post-deployment to ensure continuous reliability and performance.
• Establish monitoring and alerting frameworks for live integrations to detect issues before they impact customers.
• Develop in-depth expertise across Wrike’s product suite, integration capabilities, and the broader enterprise application ecosystem.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable assets, and process enhancements that improve the quality and consistency of customer delivery.
• Act as a technical resource for internal teams regarding integration strategies, migration methodologies, and platform features.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, Post-Sales Engineering, or a comparable role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Proven history of delivering complex SaaS implementation projects that involve enterprise integrations and large-scale data migrations.
• Practical experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft, including design, build, and production deployment.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON data structures, authentication methods such as OAuth2 and SAML, and webhook architectures.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating relational data.
• Experience handling large, structured datasets.
• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for data transformation, automation, and integration tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in leading data migration projects, covering field mapping, ETL logic, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of enterprise application integration trends, data governance principles, and considerations for PII or regulated environments.
