Technical Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge to our dealers and clients to address technical, functional, and operational challenges related to spa and swim spa products.

• Respond professionally to dealer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Provide verbal guidance and French translation as necessary for spa repairs and accessory installations.

• Conduct service visits to customer locations as needed.

• Diagnose warranty-related concerns, explaining warranty terms for a variety of products to customers.

• Draft technical memos and product bulletins to keep dealers informed about product updates.

• Collaborate with the QA department on the ongoing enhancement of our products.

• Deliver analytical insights to the organization regarding issues reported from the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English.

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Strong technical skills and practical field experience; familiarity with spa products is a plus.

• Proficient understanding of mechanical components and electrical troubleshooting.

• Proven verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of managing and resolving conflicts.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

• Willingness to travel occasionally; a valid passport and driver’s license are required.

• Availability for occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary.

• Comprehension of electro-mechanical concepts is essential.
