This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Provide customer-centric technical support that enhances flock performance, optimizes product outcomes, and cultivates long-term relationships with clients.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by conducting regular, structured technical visits with key clients in line with business goals.
• Plan and execute customer site visits in response to operational needs, complaints, or customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and ongoing refinement of annual Product Improvement Plans to enhance product performance.
• Ensure that all technical visits, customer interactions, and follow-up actions are meticulously documented in the Aviagen Macro (CRM) system.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable technical or customer-facing position.
• Strong understanding of the poultry industry, including Grandparent, Parent Stock, and Broiler operations.
• Familiarity with Veterinary, Incubation, and Nutrition fields is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general internet-based tools.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
