Technical Sales Specialist – Cell Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Actively seek and secure new business through hands-on technical sales within the cell therapy portfolio.

• Identify, reach out to, and engage potential customers, including new accounts and whitespace opportunities, in partnership with account managers.

• Generate and qualify new business prospects through proactive technical outreach.

• Plan, execute, and manage technical demonstrations and trials to assess customer alignment and facilitate adoption.

• Propel deal progression by outlining solution fit, qualifying customer impact, and addressing technical concerns.

• Advocate for the specified product and service portfolio to illustrate technical compatibility with customer needs.

• Shape customer proposals and commercial offerings by delivering essential technical insights.

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure adoption and foster repeat revenue.

• Transition newly acquired accounts and adopted customers to the account management teams.

• Gather and disseminate Voice of Customer insights to influence the product portfolio and enhance sales enablement.

• Participate in conferences and local events to increase visibility.

• Primarily cover Sweden and Denmark, with occasional travel to other Nordic regions.

• Engage with customers around 50% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Cell Biology, Cell Therapy, or a related field.

• Proven sales experience in biopharma settings, including process development support, technical sales, applications, scientific support, or consumables sales.

• Industry experience in cell therapy manufacturing, particularly in upstream processes, is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and secure new opportunities.

• Strong practical technical skills, including demonstrations, trials, and customer evaluations.

• Excellent consultative communication abilities to convey technical and commercial value to varied stakeholders.

• Proficient in CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.

• Strong attention to documentation.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Swedish and Danish is a plus.

• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

• Must possess the legal right to work in Sweden or Denmark.
