Technical Sales Manager – Hand Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Foster growth and enhance sales of Gloves within your region by leveraging your technical knowledge and customer-facing experience.

• Collaborate closely with your Country Sales Manager to create a strategy and marketing plan aimed at maximizing opportunities and promoting the growth of Gloves in your area.

• Discover opportunities to expand Portwest Hand Protection at both the distributor and end-user levels.

• Offer technical expertise and advice to Portwest distributors, potential clients, and end-users while building strong, long-lasting business relationships with them.

• Join Portwest distributors on joint sales visits to end-users, providing support through your technical knowledge and expertise in Hand Protection.

• Conduct technical Hand Protection training sessions for Portwest distributors, prospects, and end-users, both digitally and face-to-face.

• Provide technical training on Hand Protection to the Portwest sales team, assisting them in boosting sales in their respective areas, as well as facilitating training for other Portwest employees who are stakeholders in Hand Protection.

• Identify potential gaps in the Portwest Gloves portfolio and collaborate with the Product Team to enhance and develop the Hand Protection offering.

• Work alongside the Product & Marketing team to provide input on sales content creation to facilitate the growth of Gloves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Gloves and/or Workwear and/or PPE.

• Experience in sales, ideally representing a distributor.

• A background in technical sales is essential.

• Must possess a clean driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned region.

• Proficient in English, either fluent or intermediate level.

• Candidates must be residing in Hungary.
