This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the complete technical hiring process: from initial conversations to job offers, managing multiple positions simultaneously.
β’ Prioritize effective sourcing: outbound recruitment is essential - you will consistently be building a talent pipeline. Since Junction is not widely recognized, your outreach must be distinctive.
β’ Expand our network within the European engineering community: we aim to enhance our reputation, and you will play a key role in this through content creation, community engagement, introductions, events, and other effective strategies.
β’ Maintain momentum: solicit feedback, eliminate obstacles, and ensure exceptional candidates progress smoothly through the hiring process.
β’ Collaborate closely with hiring managers: clarify our actual needs, devise practical interview plans, and uphold high standards.
β’ Provide excellent candidate experience: ensure a swift process, maintain clear communication, and deliver respectful feedback, even when itβs a βno.β
β’ Refine our hiring practices: you will enhance our existing framework β helping to improve scorecards, calibration, and feedback mechanisms. Introduce just enough structure to facilitate sound decision-making without hindering progress.
β’ Share insights based on data: analyze compensation expectations, gather candidate feedback, identify drop-off points, and recommend necessary changes.
β’ Experience in technical recruiting: you have successfully hired senior-level talent in an early-stage company while maintaining a high standard. You can engage in meaningful discussions about the industry and inspire candidates.
β’ High-agency operator: you take initiative, find solutions, and ensure progress.
β’ Passion for building: you seek ownership and responsibility, with the desire to look back in two years and see the team you helped create.
