This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of security incidents, beginning with initial detection and triage, and concluding with final remediation and recovery.
• Serve as the key communication link between technical responders and executive leadership, converting complex technical information into clear, actionable updates.
• Enhance scalable response playbooks to standardize the organization's approach to evolving threats and modern attack vectors.
• Conduct post-mortem retrospectives to pinpoint systemic gaps and promote the incorporation of long-term preventative measures into the engineering backlog.
• Oversee the program lifecycle for technical security initiatives, handling everything from initial requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Convert business needs into clear technical requirements that engineering teams can effectively act upon.
• Collaborate with Security Leadership to ensure that initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and adhere to our stringent internal quality standards.
• Recognize and address trade-offs, managing technical debt while ensuring our security solutions are designed for long-term scalability.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar analyst role.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, evolving setting. Availability for Incident response On-Call is essential.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with security principles, technologies, and best practices, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications (Preferred): Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) and familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 are advantageous.
