Technical Program Manager, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the CX Analytics Engineering roadmap by translating requests from Operations, Compliance, Risk, WFM, BizOps, and Product teams into a prioritized backlog.

• Spearhead program execution across data model creation, pipeline development, dashboard delivery, and regulatory reporting initiatives.

• Develop and automate project management processes.

• Collaborate with CX Operations leadership, Compliance, and Data/Platform Engineering to address pipeline dependencies.

• Establish testing, monitoring, and documentation standards.

• Utilize AI-assisted workflows and tools to enhance speed-to-insight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical program management, including a minimum of 3 years supporting data engineering, analytics, or data platform teams in a regulated environment.

• A proven history of owning and prioritizing a technical roadmap across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Proficient with modern data stack components (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow, Looker/Superset).

• Demonstrated capacity to create operational leverage via process automation and tooling enhancements.

• Experience in facilitating alignment among 10+ cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering).

• Responsible utilization of generative AI, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outputs.
