This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee statements of work for customizations, white labels, client builds, and change orders.
• Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to outline custom SOW engagements, establishing deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead the delivery of significant projects for global key accounts using in-house or outsourced contractors and ISVs.
• Develop a preferred/certified Integration partner program for sardineAI.
• Establish and maintain a vetted group of specialized contractors and consultants capable of executing custom fintech implementations - Source, screen, and onboard new contractors; negotiate rates and set up master service agreements (MSAs).
• Align contractor skills and availability with incoming project needs.
• Oversee contractor performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a quality scorecard system.
• Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory requirements pertinent to financial services are met by all contractors.
• Supervise project execution to guarantee on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Act as the escalation point for project-related issues and client inquiries.
• Conduct project retrospectives and apply continuous improvement methodologies.
• Handle the complete billing process for contractor engagements, including time tracking, invoice assessment, and payment processing.
• Manage project budgets, monitor margins, and report on the profitability of the professional services portfolio.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting to ensure precise revenue recognition and contractor payables.
• Develop and enhance operational processes, tools, and templates to expand the professional services function.
• Create and sustain reporting dashboards to monitor utilization, project health, and financial performance.
• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or Product.
• 3–5+ years of experience in hiring and leading teams in rapidly growing environments.
• Extensive domain expertise in payments, fintechs, fraud, AML/KYC, or compliance.
• Proven experience in project scoping and financial operations, including the development of SOWs, MSAs, and managing project profitability.
• Mandatory ability to manage technical resources; must possess the technical fluency to oversee frontend, backend, and SQL-intensive projects and guide them to resolution.
• Excellent critical thinking abilities and capacity to source and integrate external expertise (contractors/consultants) into a seamless, high-quality delivery system.
• Outstanding executive presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to command a room.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
