This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Evaluate business challenges, requests, and customer requirements.
• Determine and prioritize tasks based on business impact, risk, and feasibility.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Organize and engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Clearly and proactively communicate features, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Develop and manage documentation in Confluence.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the product and platform.
• Proven experience in technical product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Solid understanding of systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with platform or data-driven products is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira) is beneficial.
