This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a unified vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product domain.
• Foster alignment, establish objectives, enhance understanding, and inspire others.
• Steer new product concepts from initial idea through to successful launch.
• Gain insights into our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them frequently and directly.
• Leverage data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing our customers’ experience.
• Manage both the developer-facing schema and ingestion experience as well as the end-user-oriented event management interfaces.
• Determine how behavioral event data is structured, queried, and presented throughout HubSpot's product offerings.
• Design the data collection foundations that non-technical customers depend on to comprehend user behavior.
• Proven experience in successfully launching products to customers.
• A multidisciplinary approach that integrates market, business, and technical insights to uncover opportunities and evaluate trade-offs.
• Capability to communicate product vision effectively to diverse audiences.
• Profound respect for the expertise and perspectives of collaborators.
• A commitment to deeply understanding customer needs and genuinely addressing their challenges.
