
Technical Product Manager – AI, Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Define the AI & Data Vision
• Take ownership of the Predictive Roadmap: Lead the vision and strategy for our external AI/ML models, advanced analytics capabilities, and data products.
• Co-create with Clients: Engage closely with key customers and design partners to validate concepts, identify genuine user needs, and collaboratively develop next-generation features.
• Narrate the Data Story: Collaborate with UX and Data Science teams to transform complex backend algorithms into visually appealing, intuitive data visualizations and impactful product demonstrations.
• Execute & Deliver with Significance
• Simplify Complexity: Serve as the essential link. Convert intricate customer business challenges into clear technical specifications, transformation logic, and data requirements for our engineers and data scientists.
• Manage the GTM: Work alongside Product Marketing and Sales to launch features that are not only technically impressive but also significantly influence SaaS metrics (Adoption, Retention, ARR expansion).
• Hypothesize & Validate: Leverage your analytical skills to explore data assets, confirm assumptions, and validate (or refute) product hypotheses prior to code development.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Strong Business & Product Acumen: Ability to view a complex technical feature and immediately recognize its connection to customer ROI.
• SQL Proficiency: Comfortable writing joins and aggregations to analyze data independently. (We prioritize your analytical problem-solving skills over memorization of advanced syntax).
• Data Visualization Skills: Experience with modern BI platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker) and a strong ability to present data effectively.
• The "Translator" Superpower: Exceptional communication skills. Capable of pitching a vision to an executive client, aligning a sales team, and discussing data modeling with an engineer.
