This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Enhance brand presence and citation frequency within AI engines by conducting methodical experiments.
• Execute a minimum of 5 experiments weekly, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to harmonize messaging, creative content, and experimental initiatives.
• Compile weekly performance reports, offering insights and suggesting next actions based on trend analyses.
• Over 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
• Practical experience in implementing and troubleshooting Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag.js), LinkedIn Insight Tag, and X pixel.
• Expertise in Google Tag Manager, including building and resolving issues with containers, custom triggers, data layer variables, and event schemas.
• Capability to identify pixel/tracking issues using browser DevTools (Network tab, console), GTM Preview mode, Meta Events Manager / Test Events, and Google Tag Assistant.
• Experience in server-side tagging or server-side GTM is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of the GA4 event model, DebugView, and challenges related to cross-platform attribution.
• Understanding of cookie consent frameworks and their implications on tracking (GDPR, ePrivacy).
• Strong analytical abilities – adept at interpreting data beyond just “CTR increased.”
