Marketing Analyst – Latam, Export Countries

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support the execution and monitoring of demand generation activities and marketing campaigns.

• Assist in carrying out marketing development activities and demand generation initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, digital) and external vendors to facilitate the delivery of campaigns.

• Track campaign and event activities, gathering data and ensuring that all logistical and follow-up actions are executed properly.

• Prepare and maintain reports on campaign performance, event outcomes, and demand generation metrics.

• Document key activities and results, keeping organized records of campaigns and events.

• Support the team in managing email campaigns, landing pages, CRM updates, and lead tracking tools.

• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions with updates on operational progress and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the demand team and business development teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing/sales support role, ideally focused on campaign execution or demand generation.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience in the healthcare market segment.

• Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation tactics, and campaign execution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM/automation platforms is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to generate clear and concise reports using spreadsheets or reporting tools.

• A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
