Technical Lead, Software Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and provide support for various Clinical System Applications.

• Collaborate closely with our business product owners as part of an Agile team to fully comprehend requirements, offer feedback, and seek clarification when necessary.

• Review requirements and data models, translating them into effective applications and architecture.

• Conduct design and code reviews with the extended team to ensure compliance with coding standards.

• Assist in the execution of tests, including system level and integration tests.

• Monitor and resolve software defects.

• Collaborate with the QA and CM team for code builds/releases, test case design, and defect resolution.

• Work alongside the Team Lead/Project Manager/Architect for planning, estimation, documentation, and status reporting.

• Perform any additional tasks necessary for the successful completion of project deliverables and application support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with public cloud platforms (GCP).

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong communication skills.

• Understanding of software craftsmanship and Agile best practices.

• Experience with healthcare applications is preferred.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Angular and Java.

• Professional development experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of microservice architecture principles.

• Ability to work across larger portfolios (development teams, product, etc.).

• Hands-on capability to code and provide technical guidance to teams.
