Technical Lead, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the technical excellence of customer interactions by leading solution design, engaging in hands-on development, and conducting code reviews across various projects.

• Establish and oversee the technical vision and solution architecture for customer implementations.

• Ensure the secure delivery of agentic systems by integrating agents within each customer's architecture.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, adeptly navigating uncertainty and explaining intricate technical concepts.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Solution Delivery Managers as the technical authority on each project.

• Guide development teams, enhancing the technical standards across projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.

• Significant experience in web and mobile application development, solution design, and architectural patterns, with expertise in .NET, SQL, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript—preferably utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Strong consulting and customer-facing abilities, with a knack for establishing trustworthy relationships with enterprise stakeholders and converting business needs into technical direction.

• A strategic thinker capable of leveraging technology to further customer business goals.

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or agentic frameworks; hands-on experience in building AI solutions is highly beneficial.

• Experience with OutSystems development and relevant certifications are advantageous.

• Openness to travel as necessary to support customer projects.
