Technical Lead Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the technical vision for your area of expertise.

• Participate in architectural decisions, API agreements, and data structures that influence the scalability and evolution of our systems.

• Create, construct, and implement features throughout the platform.

• Remain actively engaged. Write and deploy high-quality, production-level code on a regular basis.

• Evaluate designs, enhance developer experience, and assist fellow engineers in navigating complex challenges.

• Directly oversee a team of 2–4 engineers.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide clear and actionable feedback, and facilitate discussions on growth and performance.

• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution efforts, taking responsibility for results.

• Mentor and develop your engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven history of delivering products that have a tangible impact.

• Background as a tech lead, team lead, or engineering manager.

• Experienced in building and delivering full-stack features utilizing contemporary web technologies.

• Regularly using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in your daily operations.

• Proven leadership skills and sense of ownership.

• Designed systems that effectively balance rapid iterations with long-term reliability and maintainability.

• Collaborated with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders to outline requirements, navigate trade-offs, and achieve results.
