Senior Software Engineer – Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain scalable applications utilizing C#, SPFx, HTML, CSS, React (or preferred framework), TypeScript, JavaScript, Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft Graph API, PnP JS, PowerShell, SharePoint REST, and custom APIs.

• Create and enhance Azure Functions, Web APIs, Runbooks, and cloud-native solutions.

• Implement automation through Power Automate and develop low-code/no-code solutions with Power Apps.

• Adhere to best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure all solutions are resilient, dependable, and secure.

• Operate independently and troubleshoot issues, effectively resolving technical challenges and clearing dependencies promptly.

• Follow coding and compliance standards, contributing to and maintaining technical documentation.

• Utilize AI tools and technologies throughout the development lifecycle to automate repetitive tasks, improve code quality, and enhance overall productivity.

• Engage in continuous learning and adopt the latest features and advancements in leading cloud platforms and technologies.

• Collaborate closely with team members within an Agile framework, actively taking part in sprint planning, assisting in defining acceptance criteria, identifying technical dependencies, and accurately sizing user stories to ensure clear requirements and alignment with sprint objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience as a Software Engineer.

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on development experience with any major cloud platforms.

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Office UI Fabric/Fluent UI, Azure Services, and Power Platform.

• Proficient in programming languages such as C#/Python, React/Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, and PowerShell.

• Specialization in API integration using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and PnP JS, facilitating seamless data access and interaction across Microsoft 365 services and custom solutions.

• Familiarity with GitHub and Azure DevOps tools for version control and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
