Technical Lead – Go/Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initial estimation to deployment, empowering development teams to create innovative solutions.

• Design comprehensive solutions by identifying requirements and selecting the right technologies to meet them.

• Engage directly with clients, articulating technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Write and execute unit tests to guarantee code quality.

• Deploy applications on cloud computing platforms and manage cloud instances effectively.

• Collaborate efficiently both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of recent experience with at least two of the following programming languages: Golang, Java, or Python.

• Professional background in developing front-ends utilizing TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong experience with cloud functions, hosting, and cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).

• Familiarity with microservices, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.

• Exceptional communication skills accompanied by demonstrable leadership experience.

• Required flexibility in working hours to accommodate PST and EST schedules regularly.

• Nice to have:

• Proficiency with RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

• Practical experience in session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.

• Previous experience in an agency or service-oriented organization.
