Technical Lead – Go/Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from estimation to deployment, empowering development teams to create innovative solutions.

• Design comprehensive solutions by identifying requirements and choosing the appropriate technologies to meet them.

• Engage directly with clients, effectively conveying technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop and execute unit tests to maintain code quality.

• Deploy applications on cloud computing platforms and manage cloud instances.

• Collaborate effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of recent experience with at least two of the following programming languages: Golang, Java, or Python.

• Professional background in developing front-end solutions using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong experience with cloud functions, hosting, and managing cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).

• Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.

• Exceptional communication skills combined with demonstrable leadership experience.

• Required flexibility in availability to accommodate PST and EST schedules regularly.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Proficiency in RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

• Practical experience with session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.

• Previous employment with an agency or service-oriented organization.
