Technical Lead – Go, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from the estimation phase to deployment, empowering development teams to create innovative solutions.

• Design comprehensive solutions by identifying requirements and selecting the suitable technologies to meet them.

• Engage directly with clients, conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the code.

• Deploy applications on cloud computing platforms and manage cloud instances effectively.

• Operate efficiently both independently and as a member of a collaborative team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of recent experience utilizing at least two of the following programming languages: Golang, Java, or Python.

• Professional background in developing front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong experience with cloud functions, hosting, and managing cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).

• Familiarity with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.

• Exceptionally strong communication skills combined with proven leadership experience.

• Required flexibility in working hours to accommodate PST and EST schedules on a regular basis.

• Preferred: Expertise in RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

• Practical experience with session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.

• Previous experience with an agency or a service-oriented organization.
