Technical Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical liaison for the partnerships team, participating in meetings with partnerships managers, addressing technical inquiries, and leading demonstrations of completed integrations.

• Evaluate partner technical documentation, analyze data handling including MISMO fields in relation to Vesta’s systems, and summarize the integration scope and any gaps for the product manager.

• Assist the product manager by offering context, managing partner inquiries, and promoting integration strategies that enhance the customer experience.

• Oversee integrations from the testing phase to launch, coordinate certification processes, resolve issues, and track maintenance and enhancement requests.

• Provide support to the implementations team when customers introduce new integrations, troubleshoot customer challenges, and collaborate with partners to ensure seamless integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the integration or technical domain within a mortgage technology firm.

• Comprehensive understanding of the architecture of mortgage technology systems and potential points of integration failure.

• Quick assessment abilities for partner technology and integration necessities.

• Capability to identify integration risks proactively before they escalate into issues.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging technology, including AI, to enhance integration processes.

• Competence to act as a reliable technical point of contact for partners and internal teams.

• Skill in cultivating long-term relationships with partners.

• Experience in resolving customer integration challenges.

• Familiarity with MISMO fields and data handling practices.
