This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to operational tools and integrations, including SSO, SFTP, and SCIM workflows.
• Assist in the launch and onboarding of new customer integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges associated with system access, user authentication, and data flow.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to escalate and address technical bugs.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and internal playbooks.
• Spot opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation.
• Track operational metrics and assess trends in operational requests.
• 2-3 years of experience in implementation or customer-facing project management.
• Skill in converting technical language and requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
• A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to uncover the underlying reasons behind customer needs.
• Responsibility for the success of projects and the outcomes for customers.
• Attention to detail to develop comprehensive and actionable project plans.
