This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Serve as a reliable, strategic, and technical advisor to clients.
β’ Lead the complete Customer Success journey from onboarding through to expansion.
β’ Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership.
β’ Champion adoption and value while creating additional opportunities.
β’ Communicate effectively while collaborating across various teams.
β’ Monitor metrics utilizing the Customer Success Platform.
β’ Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in a related role with direct customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales.
β’ A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
β’ Demonstrated success in working with large, complex enterprises.
β’ Familiarity with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
β’ Proven capability in driving ongoing product value.
β’ Willingness to travel as required (up to 15%-20%).
β’ Reside in Chicago or St. Louis.
